We bridged the representation gap at the World Bank/IMF Spring Meetings by deploying African journalists and media personalities to provide localized coverage on a global stage. This initiative generated over 30,000 social impressions and successfully expanded the client’s reach into the policy makers, investors, Gen Z and professional markets across Johannesburg, Pretoria, and Washington D.C.

CIAA Strategic Sports Media & Marketing Partnership Management

For the CIAA Food Lion Tournament and marketing agency, we optimized partnership ecosystems by introducing, facilitating and managing over 20 strategic media and marketing alliances. Through streamlined communication protocols and targeted marketing management, we drove a year-on-year ticket sales increase of 30%, proving the power of synchronized stakeholder engagement in the sports entertainment sector.

We led the international expansion of the South African-based Ubuntu Inclusive Centre by establishing and registering its North American branch, the Ubuntu Inclusive Foundation, in Washington D.C. Our team managed the end-to-end regulatory compliance, corporate governance, and cross-border branding framework required for U.S. operation. Alongside this global infrastructure, we built an international investor relations system and a high-authority digital presence from the ground up. This strategic initiative resulted in an organic membership surge of 3,000+, secured global award nominations across the United States, Germany, Canada, and the United Kingdom, and positioned the organization on international broadcast platforms to advance global disability advocacy.

HBCU Honors Real-time Televised Media Coverage

For HBCU Honors and a marketing agency, we managed the high-pressure digital media flow for a live televised award show, ensuring seamless real-time coverage across multiple social platforms. Our approach focused on agile content distribution, audience engagement and influencer management, maintaining narrative control and brand consistency in a fast-paced, live-broadcast environment where zero-margin for error was the standard.

We co-led a cross-border healthcare entrepreneurship initiative bridging Gifftid (UK) and My Doctor (Uganda) to address medical brain drain and improve local talent retention. Serving as the strategic liaison between the UK investors and the Ugandan operational team, we managed the cross-cultural project integration, compliance communication, and localized marketing campaigns. Through this structured framework, we successfully onboarded and trained 25 Ugandan healthcare workers, equipping them with business and clinical entrepreneurship skills to build sustainable medical ventures locally.
